The information you provide can only be displayed with your agreement and you can be contacted by email without your email address being seen. Within this form there are four "Yes" and "No" selection choices, this is how they work:

1) Display email on Announcement Details page:

By default "No". If you select "Yes" then your email address is displayed

2) Display phone number on Announcements Details page:

By default "No". If you select "Yes" then your phone number is displayed

When would you select the above?

Say for instance you are announcing a job, then you would want applicants to email or phone you. You could, for instance, just accept email contact.

3) Allow visitors to Contact me:

By default "No". If you select "Yes" then you can be contacted

When would you select this option?

Say you have selected the Category "Looking for Somebody". You went to a party or club and briefly met a person you really liked but were too shy to approach them. You could, without disclosing any information about yourself, make an announcement to try and find that person. You can be contacted by email, we process the email for you, without any of your personal details being disclosed. Emails are sent to you including full contact details, it's up to you if you want to reply or make contact.

4) Can receive comments:

By default "No". If you select "Yes" then comments can be made

In order to protect your interests, no comments can be made without your approval. You receive an email with the person's details and comments made. You approve or disapprove it! If you approve the comments, they are added to the Announcement page.
