If you are a member of a fishing club, why not have a fishing short break. We can arrange a combined accommodation and fishing trip for clubs or individuals. 
 
Dave's wife, Sue, has the 4 star Florian Guest House, which is open all year.  Florian has car parking and freezers for your catch.

Sue & Dave Pitman welcome you to Florian Guest House, rated as 4* by Visit England. This is a traditional Victorian house, built around 1885, over 4 floors.  All bedrooms and bathrooms refurbished 2009/10. We are fully non-smoking, except in the garden.


Florian is situated just 10-15 minutes walk from Weymouth town centre and the beach. We have a small parking area (5 cars) and there is a bus sevice which runs past us on a regular schedule.


We are a 5 min drive to the main business estates and can be reached without going through town centre. There is free Wifi available in all areas. Early breakfasts on request for business travellers or ferry passengers.

Atlanta is a 35ft Sulfolk operating from Weymouth
Owner/Skipper Dave Pitman has fished in the waters around Weymouth for over 35 years and is a former 2nd cox of Weymouth Lifeboat.  Atlanta is fully licensed and insured.  Rods and tuition are available at no extra cost. Bait can be purchased or arranged for you at the Weymouth Angling Center by the bridge over Weymouth harbour.


Cost for an individual £40 and £350 per day for the whole boat (8-10 persons) . Evening trips are £20 per person.  Hot drinks are made on board but you would need to bring a packed lunch.


Gift vouchers are available for that special Christmas or Birthday gift.

Divetime Charter Boat

Divetime is a 42’ Crowther Catamaran , she is fitted with twin 350hp Turbo Charged Caterpillar Diesel’s which gives her a fast cruising speed, she is also fitted with a state of the art diver lift platform so there is no need to get battered about at the side of the boat whilst trying to use a ladder! The skipper/owner is Paul Pike who has been operating dive charter boats from Weymouth for the past 30 years Divetime is also available for commercial work, filming Jurassic coast tours, corporate days out, and safety boat duty.

Out-Rage Dive Charters

The skipper is Rod Thompson who is a well known local diver. The sea has been a big part in the family history with his Grandfather serving aboard a ship during the evacuation of the Dardanelle’s in the Black Sea during the 1st world war. And his Father being a Submariner who served aboard the P555 during the 1940/45 war. Which was sunk as a sonar target south west of Portland. As an engineer working for the Navy at Portland Naval base Rod had the sad job of closing down the fuel line’s that had filled the great ships’ of the Royal Navy. Rod has dived many of the wrecks around the Isle of Portland and so is able to take you to the many varied wrecks and reefs around this beautiful Isle.
