Current Contracts

At any one time, there are 7,000 MAXIMUS employees delivering scores of contracts all aimed at Helping Government Serve The People.  In the United Kingdom, our main current contracts include:

+      Flexible New Deal. Providing end-to-end services for a wide range of jobseekers and employers, aimed at achieving long term sustainable employment.  As a Prime Contractor covering Surrey, Sussex and Kent, we rely on on our close network of sub contracted partners to help deliver this service.

+      Path 4U. MAXIMUS is a Prime Contractor in the South West for Path 4U, assisting jobseekers who are at a greater distance from the workforce change their lives, and find sustainable work.

+      Work Preparation. Under this contract, MAXIMUS provides work placement, personal development sessions and job outcomes to jobseekers who volunteer for this additional service across the South West of England.

+      In Work Support. MAXIMUS is a Prime Contractor, engaged across the South West to support jobseekers through their first 6 months in employment, should the jobseeker volunteer for this additional service.

+      Workstep. Workstep allows MAXIMUS as a Prime Contractor in the South West to support paid employment opportunities for jobseekers who may need substantial help once they have already obtained a job.

+      P2W. MAXIMUS is a Prime Contractor in the South West for P2W, where we assist job seekers who have a history of substance abuse, and who are ready to get over their past and rejoin the workforce and their community.

+      Sub Contracts. MAXIMUS also provides services as a subcontractor across the South West, providing New Deal for Disabled People, Pathways, Family Focus, Flexible Routeways, Ethnic Minorities, Managing Change, Nexsteps, GtW, Opportunities, JCPSC and the Community
